1. Orders & Payment
All orders are payable by Cash on Delivery. Prices shown are inclusive of GST. An order is confirmed once you receive an order confirmation with an order number. Delivery is free for orders of ₹999 and above; a flat ₹99 delivery charge applies below that.
2. Delivery
We deliver across India. Estimated delivery time is 3–7 business days depending on your location. Please keep the exact order amount ready at the time of delivery.
3. Cancellations
You may cancel an order any time before it is shipped, from the order detail page. Once shipped, the order cannot be cancelled but may be eligible for return after delivery.
4. Returns & Refunds
Return-eligible products can be returned within 7 days of delivery if unused and in original packaging. After the returned item passes inspection, refunds for COD orders are settled via bank transfer or UPI within 5–7 business days.
5. Product Reviews
Only verified buyers can review products. Reviews are moderated before they appear on the site.
